Spa Vouchers in Barbados

Whether you call them spa vouchers, gift vouchers, or gift certificates - they're all the same thing at KiWest Spa, and they're one of the most-loved gifts in Barbados. Birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, weddings, Crop Over and Kadooment, Christmas, "thanks for everything" moments - a KiWest spa voucher works for all of them.

Every KiWest gift voucher is digital and delivered by email within minutes of purchase. The person you’re sending it to gets a beautifully designed PDF voucher with a unique code that can be used for any service in our menu - facials, massage, waxing, manicure, pedicure, body treatments, or spa packages - at our Belleville, Bridgetown location. No physical card to lose. No queueing in town to collect anything.

Why a spa voucher is the right gift in Barbados

Choosing a gift in Barbados is harder than it sounds. Most people already have what they need, and physical presents pile up. A spa gift voucher solves the problem: it’s a real experience, they pick the treatment they want, and there’s no risk of getting the wrong size or colour. Plus they get two hours of being looked after - something everyone needs and few people book for themselves.

Spa vouchers vs paying for a service yourself

A common question: should I just buy them a specific treatment instead of a voucher? Vouchers usually win - they let the person pick the treatment, the date, and the time that fits their schedule. People are also more likely to use a voucher for something they wouldn’t normally book for themselves (a 4-hour package, an indulgent facial, a longer massage), turning the gift into a bigger experience.

Where in Barbados can you redeem a KiWest gift voucher?

All vouchers are redeemable at our spa at Unit #2, 2nd Avenue Belleville, Bridgetown, Saint Michael BB14146, Barbados - a few minutes from the city centre and an easy drive from Hastings, Worthing, St. Lawrence Gap, Holetown, Sandy Lane, Speightstown, and the Bridgetown cruise port. Open Monday to Sunday, with later hours Tuesday through Saturday.

Frequently asked about KiWest gift vouchers

How long are KiWest gift vouchers valid?
6 months from email delivery. If you receive it to print or give personally, validity starts when we email it to you. For instant delivery that’s the day you pay. For scheduled gifts, the 6 months start on your chosen delivery date - so they always get the full window, no matter how far ahead you bought it. We send them a reminder before it expires.

Are KiWest vouchers refundable?
No. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or swapped for cash, products, or different vouchers. They have no cash value if unused.

Can the voucher be used in part?
Yes. Partial redemption is allowed. The remaining balance stays on the voucher until the expiry date.

Can I gift a voucher to multiple people at once?
Each voucher is for one person. For corporate gifts or several people, buy a separate voucher for each - each one gets its own unique code. See our corporate gifts page for bulk-buy guidance.

Where do I check my voucher balance?
Visit kiwestspa.net/checkvoucher and enter your voucher code along with the email it was sent to. Balance, expiry, and redemption history all visible.
