Current Tracking Setup

• Google Analytics / Google tag: Used where permitted by your cookie choices for website measurement, ad conversion measurement, and advertising performance. Google Consent Mode communicates choices for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization.
• Meta Pixel: Configured for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and conversion tracking. It loads only after advertising consent is available.
• Campaign and booking attribution: Campaign parameters and ad click identifiers may be retained for the current browser session and added to a Fresha booking link only when advertising consent is available.
• Cookie preference record: If you change your cookie settings, we store your preference locally in your browser so we can remember your choice.

Consent and Google Advertising

Before the consent decision is known, KiWest Spa sets Google analytics and advertising consent signals to denied. Where consent is required, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, advertising-user-data use, and ad personalization remain denied unless you choose the relevant category. Rejecting advertising cookies does not prevent you from viewing services, contacting KiWest Spa, or following an undecorated booking link.

We do not use cookies to intentionally send treatment notes, consultation answers, payment-card details, or private medical or wellness information to advertising platforms. Sensitive service information is not used to build Customer Match lists or personalised advertising audiences.

Location-Aware Consent

KiWest Spa uses location-aware cookie consent so visitors in the UK, EEA, and Switzerland are asked before analytics or advertising cookies load. Visitors outside those regions may receive a simpler consent experience, while still being able to change choices at any time.

To decide which experience to show, the site uses Cloudflare's same-site country hint when available. If that hint is unavailable, the site falls back to basic browser signals such as timezone or language. We do not use a third-party geolocation provider for this check.
