Hi, welcome to KiWest Spa. Thank you. How are you doing? I am great. Sabrina, how are you doing? I'm good too. Let's go.

First things first, I have to say you have done an amazing job by creating the perfect spa atmosphere in here. Thank you. It feels great. I feel relaxed.

Tell me a little bit more about the spa. At what point did you know you wanted to have a spa?

I was studying and working in Canada, then came back here six years ago. I was looking for a job and could not find one that would pay me enough, so I decided to create my own job.

Nice. I want to get more about you and the business, so let's take a seat. Tell me more about your services. What services do you have here at KiWest Spa?

Our most popular service is the Brazilian wax. We also do pedicures, facials, manicures, body treatments, massage, and we have about 100 services available. You can find them at kiwestspa.net. You can also check us out on Instagram. We have online booking and you can make online payments.

You mentioned waxing. What service would you recommend to a beginner?

If you want to dive right in and do it, get the Brazilian. If you are more reserved and just want to try it before you go all in, you can do the bikini. It is pretty fast. It takes about five minutes and it is over.

You mentioned earlier that your services are online and people can book you online. Talking about Sagicor Bank, how has working with Sagicor Bank been for you? What has been your experience?

I do like the online features of Sagicor Bank. I do not really like the spotlight, so I do not like having to go into the bank and have this long process of talking about what I want. I just want to go online, find it, and do it myself.
