Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask KiWest Spa to delete eligible personal information received through the KiWest Meta app, Facebook or Instagram advertising, the WhatsApp massage assistant, or a website enquiry.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject WhatsApp data deletion request.
2. Include your full name and the WhatsApp phone number or email address you used to contact KiWest Spa.
3. Tell us whether you want the WhatsApp assistant session, marketing preference, website enquiry, or all eligible information deleted.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or identity documents with your first request. We may ask for limited additional information if reasonably needed to confirm that the request belongs to you.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge the request and review the systems that may contain the information. Where the request is valid, we will delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm when the request has been handled. We aim to respond within 30 days, although a complex request or a legal requirement may take longer.

Information We May Need to Keep

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for a confirmed booking, payment or accounting record, legal obligation, fraud or security investigation, dispute, consent record, or the establishment or defence of legal rights. Where possible, we will restrict that information from other uses.

Meta, WhatsApp, and Other Providers

This process covers information controlled by KiWest Spa. Meta, WhatsApp, Fresha, payment providers, and other services may hold separate records under their own privacy policies. Deleting a KiWest automation session does not automatically delete your WhatsApp account, your copy of a chat, or information controlled independently by those providers.
